This was a gift from my daughter and I must say it was well worth it. We only stayed one day but it was amazing, the welcome pack was delicious nothing left lol. The bed was so comfortable and the hot tub was well used, was great to just chillout and listen to the amazon tunes on the big screen while soaking. It was pouring of rain so didn't get to use the lovely fire pit but we sat under cover with our wine listening to it hitting the roof so nice. All in all it had everything we needed and some. One small bit of input, no corkscrew in kitchen. Nearly had a disaster but found a large woodscrew in my car that did the trick, phew! We stayed in dalriada den, and it was beautiful. A gorgeous space that sleeps up to 4, it was perfect and well equipped. The welcome basket and s’mores kit was a bonus , as well as pizza making kits for the pizza oven. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub and the projector was really easy to use as well. I highly recommend booking a space in the spa facilities which have a sauna, cold water plunge, Epsom salt bath, and red light therapy room. Delightful and peaceful stay . We stayed in Clyde Croft, which is perfect for a couple and a dog. The croft had everything you could possibly need and the lovely welcome box of local produce was a thoughtful touch. The pizza oven and ninja smoke grill were great for eating in. The outdoor cinema and hot tub were the perfect end to the day. Meeting Angus and Winston, the resident highland coos was an added delight and they loved getting their treats. Weve had the most beautiful 3 nights in Hillside Heaven, everything you need for a quiet couple getaway! Very private, great hosts and spa just adds a little extra magic to the place. We loved Angus and Winston, they've made our stays and evenings in the hot tub made the cold January nights a lot warmer. It’s cosy but spacious at the same time never feels too cramped. Lovely romantic turndown with dimmed lights and rose petals, chocolates and bottle of fizz set the bar high and the mood for a great getaway for the 3 nights ahead. The treat for us being foodies was the epic pizza oven and ninja grill and smoker! A thing of beauty! Even with the rain pouring sideways it didn’t stop us making some of the tastiest pizzas and wings that we have ever had. The reality of eating food without these gadgets has hit home quick!! (Tip for anyone staying do bring plenty of kindling for the oven) The fire pit sadly did not get round to using due to the weather was a bit of a shame but it gave us more time to keep warm in next best thing! The hot tub and projector/cinema !! Well this was a real treat in this cold Scottish weather. Regulated log fired hot tub meant we were both never too cold during our stay and in the evening turning off all the lights was very romantic with the glow of the hot tub lights and clear skies full of stars. ( slight thing was because of the jets it is hard to hear music or a film when in it. But we survived lol) The bed was great too normally cabins like this don’t often have the best mattresses but this really was great which helped with getting a good nights rest. Lastly having the company and chance to feed and pet the friendly highland coo’s Angus and Winston added that lovely country Scottish feel step away from city life. The service was great and the staff we met were friendly and cheerful. We will certainly make time out to come back again. Thank you Coorie team. Wow, what an incredible experience staying in a Geo Dome, Tomas and Eamon have thought of absolutely everything, even little touches you wouldn't think would be there! It's a large comfortable place with different seating options around, outside is again a large space with different seating options. We made good use of the hot tub and it was perfect as we were fully fenced off! We didn't use the pizza over however used the Ninja which cooked every which way and used the plug in hot plate in our 2nd night as there was a storm raging on outside! They even have 2 Highland Coos and provide you with food pellets and brushes to pamper the boys! All the staff are super friendly and chatty, they really did make you feel at home. It is so private, immaculately clean and has everything you could need for the ideal break. We spent one day and night and already looking at available dates to return. The hot tub and cinema area private for each dome/cabin along with the pizza ovens and grills is just perfect. My daughter had a fantastic time meeting and feeding the highland cows. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.
